Human responsibility and rollback
This product is used to assist recruiters in sorting out job requirements, evaluating authorized candidate materials and preparing outreach drafts. Candidate match score is not an automatic determination of offer, elimination, or invitation to interview; it must be manually reviewed by the hiring team in accordance with applicable labor, privacy, and anti-discrimination rules.
Rollback only means revoking the report version, matching record status, shortlist mark or outreach sequence draft status in this site; when this product is not connected to an external production recruitment system, rollback will not and cannot undo changes in external ATS, mailboxes, SMS or other production systems.
